SherwoodCraft products are one-time digital downloads delivered in full immediately after checkout. Because the complete product is yours the moment you buy, all sales are final. Please read the product page and previews before purchasing.
We guarantee delivery
What we do stand behind is that you actually receive what you paid for. If you hit a delivery problem, contact support and we will fix it or, if we genuinely cannot deliver the files, refund you. Covered:
- your download link does not work and the recovery page cannot restore it,
- the bundle zip is corrupt or cannot be extracted,
- advertised root files are missing from the bundle, or
- the PDF or HTML guide is inaccessible.
Not grounds for a refund
- changing your mind after downloading the files,
- investment outcomes or market losses,
- changes to Robinhood, its MCP tool surface, or third-party agent clients outside the documented blocked-state paths, or
- requests for custom setup, white-glove support, or managed trading, which are not offered.
